HAZEL ANN MENDOZA was a mainstay in “Berks,” “Ang TV,” and in “Pangako Sa’yo” where she paired off with Mark Acueza. Hazel has also honed her talent in movies like “Anak,” “Wansapanataym: The Movie,” and “Ang TV: The Movie.” Hazel describes herself as silent, makulit and sometimes moody. She hates smokers, liars and envious people. Her ultimate goal in showbiz is to be a drama princess. Hazel’s dream date is a candle-lit dinner by the beach. On her date, she will eat anything but sisig.



VANESSA LORRAINE GOMEZ


Norwegian love princess VANESSA LORRAINE GOMEZ has her eyes and her distinct accent as her best assets. Vane is a member of Star Circle National Teen Quest’s Magic Circle of 15. She appears in “SCQ Reload, Ok Ako” and guests on “ASAP Fanatic” and “MRS.” Vane likes guys who are funny, sweet, caring and honest. She finds singing a song the guy himself composed for her as ultimately romantic. Her dream date is a romantic dinner on a boat with music, lights, flowers and lots of surprises. Vane never had any boyfriend ever.



CARLO AQUINO


Quiet yet passionate, CARLO AQUINO rose to stardom when he played the son of Vilma Santos in the award-winning film, “Bata, Bata, Pa’no ka Ginawa?” Recently, he also appeared in another acclaimed film, “Mano Po 3.” Born Sept. 3, 1985, Carlo is one of the country’s most bankable young male actors. On TV, Carlo has graced many programs like “Krystala,” “Berks,” and “G-mik.” Aside from being an intense actor, he is a singer, songwriter and guitarist. Carlo admits that he is shy and that he lets his eyes do the talking. He also confesses that music makes him smile and cry. Carlo doesn’t, and swears that he will never, eat ampalaya.



ISABEL BLAESI


Love princess ISABEL BLAESI is a proud product of ABS-CBN’s Basic Acting and Dance Workshops. She has guested in “ASAP Fanatic,” and “Bida si Mister, Bida si Misis.” This half-Swiss, half-Filipino charmer confesses that she’s a crybaby, is sensitive and obsessive-compulsive. She is afraid of ghosts, cockroaches and big dogs. On her dream date, she would dance even without music and share a glass and a plate with her dream boy. Aside from having a fine love team partner, Isabel wishes to have her own “tiangge” of clothes.



FELIX ROCO


Wacky prince charming FELIX ROCO has appeared in Judy Ann Santos’ classic soap opera “Esperanza” and presently guests in “ASAP Fanatic” and “M.R.S.” Born April 12, 1989, Felix says he’s good at basketball and cooking but confesses he’s terrible at boxing and mathematics. For him, flowers and endless, sincere “I love you’s” are SOPs in a romantic date.



JILL YULO


Sweet and outspoken, JILL YULO has played a kontrabida role in “Sarah, the Teen Princess” and appeared in “Berks” and “Wansapanataym.” She also appeared in the movie “Spirit of the Glass.” A member of Star Circle Batch 11, Jill has been in many TV commercials, the most recent of which is the Lewis and Pearl Cologne ad. Jill likes guys who dance and play the guitar well. This love princess confesses that she eats a lot (except rice) and that she prays a lot even when taking a bath.



ALWYN UYTINGCO


ALWYN UYTINGCO’s acting career mounted after playing the gay-son role in the box office-hit movie “Tanging Ina.” Alwyn’s other movie credits which make him one of the most promising young male stars include “Anghel sa Lupa,” “Takot ka ba sa Dilim?” “Paano na ang Puso ko?” and “Amanos.” Born Cipriano Alwyn Uytingco on Feb. 11, 1988, he also appeared in many TV programs like “Sarah, the Teen Princess,” “Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay,” “Okatokat,” “Gimik,” “Nginiiig,” “Ang TV” and “Ang TV 2.” Alwyn hopes of getting an acting award someday. As a boyfriend, he describes himself as kind, respectful, patient and obedient. Alwyn gets goose bumps at the sight of Sadako and watching any horror flick.



PAULEEN LUNA


Love princess PAULEEN LUNA became a household name when she played the role of Isabel in the top-rating fantaserye “Marina.” Pauleen’s rising star scored a notch higher when she won as Star Awards’ Best New Female TV Personality last year. A member of Star Circle Batch 11, Pauleen has appeared in ”Berks,” and “MTB, Ang Saya Saya.” Currently, she is a mainstay in the new sitcom “Bora.” Pauleen is simple and very congenial. Born May 9, 1985, Gian says that cooking a special dinner is the most romantic thing a girl can do for him. He would love to bring his girl to an idyllic, conventional date by the beach, or to more exciting ones either underwater or up in the air. Gian believes, no matter how trite it is, that love is blind.



CARLA HUMPHRIES LOREN


The tallest among the love princesses, CARLA HUMPHRIES LOREN has appeared in “Sarah, The Teen Princess,” “MTB, Ang Saya Saya,” “Wazzup! Wazzup!,” and “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas.” Among local celebrities, Carla idolizes Judy Ann Santos, Maricel Soriano and Vilma Santos. She looks for a love team partner who is sweet, charming and smart. Carla dreams of playing a lead drama role on TV and performing at the Araneta Coliseum. Carla loves to sing, paint, cook, and eat. JANUS DEL PRADO


JANUS DEL PRADO’s natural sense of humor could be his strongest asset to win a girl’s heart. Son of veteran actors Amelia Robles and Renato del Prado, Janus trekked the movie and TV circuit early on. His most recent TV appearance is in Chito Roño’s “Spirits.” When not bantering with friends, Janus plays the guitar and writes songs and poems. The star of Laguna, PAW DIAZ, has making people laugh as one of her best skills. Paw is a regular performer in “MRS,” “ASAP Fanatic,” and “Yes Yes Show.” She says she’d rather have staying power than stardom in showbiz. Frank yet sweet herself, she likes guys who are also sweet, understanding, gentlemanly, and kwela. Paw plays volleyball and loves to eat spaghetti and green mango with bagoong.



MIKEL CAMPOS


Tall, dark, and handsome, MIKEL CAMPOS is one of today’s most promising young actors. Born July 29, 1986, this six-footer prince charming appeared in “Sarah, the Teen Princess” and was part of the acclaimed movie “Filipinas.” The most romantic things Mikel can do for a girl include offering roses, writing her a poem and singing for her. Ironical for his tough image, Mikel’s favorite subject in school is Home Economics.

ANDREA TORRES is the newest face among the love princesses. But very few people know that her charisma exuded early on in the Farlin Baby Products ad when she was only two years old. Karel’s TV credits also include “Wazzup! GABB DRILON


GABB DRILON’s biggest showbiz break was in the top-rating fantaserye “Marina” where he was paired off with Pauleen Luna. Born Gene Gabriel Drilon on March 15, 1984, Gabb has appeared in many other shows in ABS-CBN and in the Rejoice “Sunod sa Galaw” Commercial with the Jaboom twins. Gabb is smart and a certified romantic. He has a pet python but is afraid of spiders.
